Preview: Manchester United - Sunderland AFC
Manchester United se domácím fanoušům představí v zápase proti Sunderlandu. Rudí ďáblové jsou pochopitelně velkým favoritem, svěřenci Sira Alexe Fergusona potřebují nutně zvítězit, aby udrželi kontakt s vedoucím City. Další ztáta by totiž mohla znamenat výraznou komplikaci v cestě za obhajobou.
Vysoká porážka 1:6 od Citizens už je historií. Manchester udělal za tímto zápasem tlustou čáru a od té doby vlastně neztratil ani bod, byť zrovna výkony neoslnil. Výhra v ligovém poháru nad Aldershotem Town se čekala, poté následovalo ligové kolo, kde United jedinou brankou Hernandéze zkolili Everton, a v neposlední řadě si připsali i výhru na poli Ligy mistrů s rumunským Otelulem Galati.
